All Gone

One minute we are there, the next all has gone! The dogs are still a bit bemused.

We are now homeless.

The Beginning

The great adventure started here with the sale of the house.

Well actually, the real beginning was back in May when we asked for the house to be valued. Then in June we went to Smiths Lake to see if we really could live there. We drove all over, talked to lots of people and even looked at a few places.

We returned home to figure out how we could make the move happen. We still had no ceilings in the back room or one of the bedrooms.

After 2 1/2 months of back breaking renos we went for it and it paid off. We were only on the market for just over a week.

And we have bought our new car a Toyota hilux, in metallic grey! When I took it for a test drive I did remark that I would now have to get a tattoo and sing trucking songs, it's a big beast!

We are packing,  this is our clothing allowance for the year!

And the packing for the trip and storage are in full swing.

This is when we really appreciate space!
