Ceduna

Ceduna, the last stop really before the Nullabor.
These aren't of the town but of a walk we did which was about a 6km walk round trip. In the second photo you can see the huge grain silos in the background, these are everywhere in SA.  The third picture the bit of land in the background, that is where Ceduna is.  We all slept well that night!

Haslam

This photo was taken with my phone, Simon is fishing somewhere on the pier and I was working. Not a bad view from the office!
I don't know why we didn't take more photographs.  Haslam is a tiny Oyster town. The local Post Office is a tiny old wooden shed. There are no shops, there is one phone box which is lit up at night and everywhere else is pitch black, it looked just like a tardis.  There was a good camping area with toilets and the people were all very friendly.

Point Labatt

We just stayed the one night at Point Labatt, well we didn't camp quite at the point on the way. You can just spot us in the second photograph.  The next day was a little brighter and we went to the point to see the Sea Lions, they were seriously chilaxing!

Murphys Haystacks and more South Australia

On the way from Point Drummond to Point Labatt we popped in to a few interesting places!

First cliffs and sea

We found that there is not a lot in SA, no trees! Lots of grain and believe it or not there are sheep in this photo!
Murphy's Haystacks, these were pretty amazing. They are Inselburgs!

This is Woolshed Cave, which was also very amazing. So many wonderful sites and all in one day.

Point Drummond camp 2

Point Drummond an amazingly beautiful spot. We were the only ones there at one point. We were camped on the cliff overlooking the beach. One day the Dolphins spent the whole day swimming up and down chasing the fish. We could have stayed here for a long long time, but the water was freezing cold and we needed a shower so time to move on!
