Corinella, Victoria

Next we headed West a bit more and round the coast to Corinella. This was recommended by a fellow camper. It was a great spot and from here you could go to Phillip Island.  Corinella is just a little place on the beach, the caravan park over looks the bay.
The first photos are on a coastal walk you can do. Scoobie encountered his first snake, luckily he was on his lead though he did jump when he first saw it. It was slithered off into the bush.

 

We had to wait a couple of days before we could go to Phillip Island as the 2016 World Superbikes was on. It was very quiet when we went! The first four pictures are from penguins parade. Every evening the penguins come in from the sea and you can go there and watch. We couldn't because of the dogs, but we had a quick walk round while they had a nap in the car!  

The boxes you can just see are there for the penguins. Some had penguins inside. The picture we took is of one which was hiding under the boardwalk!

These are other shots of areas on Phillip Island, as you can see it was a lovely day.
